Curvature provides support contracts for many areas of IT Hardware: Networking, Server, Storage, Wireless, etc. During the contract cycle a crucial role is enriching the customers estate with proper technical data so that Curvature can guarantee we have the resources and spare inventory to support the applicable items out in the field.



The Associate of Engagement will work with Sales teams, Contract Entry teams, and the customer directly to translate technical outputs into tangible parts that can then be used to generate demand for the support cycle. In additional they will be a critical part of the customer service model to ensure that Curvature is optimizing their Services.



Essential functions of the position include, but are not limited to:



  • Assist in analysis of data and existing processes.
  • Take enrichment tickets and complete system configurations after reviewing the outputs.
  • Research in official OEM documents and translate into Bill of Material data.
  • Research with all available resources and determine substitute relationships amongst parts
  • Review existing active contracts and sparing strategies for opportunities to better enrichment.
  • Trend SLA data and devise corrective and preventative actions to assist sparing group.
  • Proactively reach out to customers regarding their estate and work with the customers on improving Curvatures service to their account.

  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:



  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel and Access
  • Basic understanding of Server/Storage and Networking hardware
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Works well independently as well as part of a team.

  • Effective with time management and prioritization
  • Thrives in a fast-paced collaborative environment
  • Customer Service Experience
  • Must have a professional demeanor, a desire to help others and promote a positive team environment
  • Must be self-driven with the ability to multi-task and assess own performance
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to solve problems
  • Must be a team player and work well independently
  • Must have the ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast paced/dynamic environment
  • Strong computer literacy skills
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the US

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree (4-year college/university studies) or equivalent
